About The Shepherd Ministry (TSM)

The Shepherd Ministry (TSM) is a faith-based, Christian, neutral, and impartial humanitarian and development organization in South Sudan.

Established in 2023, TSM is committed to transforming lives through education, protection, empowerment, peacebuilding, and improved civilian safety in conflict-affected areas.

The ministry focuses on supporting vulnerable children, women, and youth who experience displacement, violence, poverty, and limited access to education.

Guided by Christian values of love, dignity, and service, TSM works to restore hope, promote peace, and build resilient communities that thrive spiritually, socially, and economically through inclusive engagement with all stakeholders.

Geographical Focus

TSM operates across Jonglei State and surrounding regions, with plans for gradual expansion nationwide as partner support grows.
