The Shepherd Ministry (TSM) is a faith-based humanitarian organization in South Sudan (est. 2023) committed to spiritual, social, and economic transformation.

Operating neutrally and impartially, we focus on vulnerable children, women, and youth. TSM delivers Christ-centered solutions—including education, empowerment, and peacebuilding—to restore hope and build resilience in conflict-affected areas.

What We Do: Our Integrated Approach

The Shepherd Ministry (TSM) delivers Christ-centered, holistic interventions across South Sudan, focused on addressing immediate humanitarian needs and building lasting resilience. Our work centers on seven core areas: We actively promote Peacebuilding and Protection through dialogue, reconciliation, and securing civilian safety.

We invest in the future through Education and Faith Development, providing inclusive schooling, life-skills training, and Christian discipleship. Our efforts prioritize Child Protection by safeguarding children from violence and providing psychosocial support. To combat poverty, we drive Food Security and Economic Empowerment via agricultural aid, vocational skills, and savings groups.

TSM empowers the next generation through Women and Youth Empowerment initiatives, leadership development, and livelihood creation. We combat social injustice via GBV Prevention and Response, offering survivor support and engaging men for gender equality.

Finally, we ensure spiritual strength and community well-being through Fellowship, Spiritual Nurturing, and Healthcare Protection, supporting church leaders and advocating for essential medical services.
